MunkyMake wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience.
But if you have any problems, I will gladly offer you a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items returned for refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, less shipping costs. postage for any exchange or return is the customers responsibility.

Items must be in their original form (unworn, un-used).

I reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the items have any signs of wear or damage.

Bespoke T-shirts cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, so please make sure you check the size chart before you buy!

To obtain return/exchange instructions please fill out the form below with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

Any orders returned to MunkyMake because they were left at the post office or you gave an incomplete/incorrect address will incur a second postage and handling fee. This must be paid before your order will be re-posted.

All refunds or exchanges must be resolved within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days orders are considered delivered and in acceptable condition.

In order to avoid any issues with your shipment please remember to:

+ Provide complete and correct post address information.

+ Ensure the items in your cart are the items you intended to order.

+ Ensure t-shirt sizing is correct and that is the size selected when you order.

+ Pick up your order at the post office before it is returned to me.
